Digital innovation for labor well-being

A project developed by the i2CAT Foundation and Benestarum (Suara Cooperativa) to improve the emotional support of i2CAT employees. The project is implemented through the Benestarum platform, which offers psychological sessions to improve mental health, reduce stress, and prevent burnout (with the support of the Research and Universities Department of the Government of Catalonia).
