Innovation projects to transform Primary Health Care

EAP Sardenya is celebrating now 25 years of innovation in the primary health sector using a revolutionary system to provide an effective public service in the Baix Guinardó area in Barcelona. The Center has incorporated IA and ICT new components to increase the quality of the assistance to the patients and users. A new Home Health&Care network with a digital solution is one of the top projects.
